OUR VISION

The vision is to develop Wonderboom National Airport as an international airport and to take advantage of opportunities to expand Tshwane’s economy into a globally competitive metropolitan economy. Air movement linkages to other destinations in the country and abroad will be exploited in pursuit of the vision.Objectives include:

  • ECONOMIC CATALYST

    Utilising the airport as an economic catalyst to develop an airport city concept in order to stimulate economic activity in Tshwane

  • PORT OF ENTRY

    Developing a port of entry for the public and private sectors in which they can operate with excellent links that will support government initiatives to enhance trade and tourism

  • AIRPORT UTILISATION

    Utilising the airport to the advantage of all residents of Tshwane

  • SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT

    Providing a safe and secure environment for all aircraft operations and aviation activities
